The prices above are for 2 people per night. 
For each additional person we charge 15 € per night.

CHILDREN
For children up to the age of 14 you pay 12 € per night. Discount for infants on request.

BREAKFAST
On request from 11 € per person (with many high quality products).

PETS
Dogs and cats are welcome after arrangement. We charge 6 € per night (without food).

FINAL CLEANING, FEES AND TAXES
Final cleaning, electricity, heating and all fees and taxes – with the exception of local taxes – are included in the price.

LOCAL TAX 
A local tax of 2,40 € per person per day is charged for people over 14 years of age. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and is payable on site.

DEPOSIT 
100 € per week – after booking.
