CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT 
Your apartment will be ready for occupancy starting at 2 pm on your arrival day, and we ask that you please vacate the apartment by 9:30 am on your departure day. Other times on request.
If you are late on your arrival day, we would be pleased to hear from you.

PICK-UP SERVICE
If you arrive by train or bus, we will pick you up from the station at a reduced taxi rate.

PARKING
Free parking is available.

BASIC EQUIPMENT
Apartment with fully equipped kitchen: dishes and pots, fridge with freezer, electric cooker, oven, toaster and coffee machine.
Washing machine, iron, ironing board, safe, TV, radio, bed linen, towels and hairdryer.

KLEINKINDAUSSTATTUNG
Cot and table seat available free of charge on request.

INTERNET
WLAN is available free of charge throughout the house.

FARMER’S BREAKFAST
Start your day with a rich breakfast and enjoy a lot of high quality farmers products.
Only on request from 7 € per person.

BREAD SERVICE
On request, we deliver fresh rolls from the baker in the morning right to your door, for a perfect start to a successful holiday (order the day before).

FREE HOLIDAYPASS
As our guest, you receive the HOLIDAYPASS, which includes free use of all public transportation in South Tyrol. In addition, take advantage of a varied weekly program and numerous discounts in the Ahrntal/Sand in Taufers holiday region.

GARDEN
Access to the garden with barbecue, sunbathing lawn, deck chairs, seating and children’s playground.

SMOKING
Our apartments are non-smoking apartments. However, we guarantee that the cigar and cigarette draught in the fresh alpine air will taste even better.
